Finding Calm Amid Life’s Changes

The people I work with have lived through life’s ups and downs and everything that comes with being human. They don’t need pity or labels. They want honesty, ease, and support that lightens the load.

Here, you’ll find space to simply be yourself, no judgment, no pressure.

Coaching & Counselling

Get unstuck, ease the overthinking, and find clarity in your choices and direction.

Carer Support

Because looking after someone else shouldn’t mean losing yourself along the way.

Living with Illness, Disability

Support to adapt, stay connected, and keep living vibrantly despite changing circumstances.

Loss & Grief Support

Space to honour your feelings, find steadiness, and rediscover small moments of lightness.

End-of-Life Support

Gentle presence and comfort, so no one walks this path alone.

The Slow Coach

For the overthinkers, overachievers and those feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life.

Professional Support, Human Warmth and Real Experience

I’m Kimberley Robyn, counsellor, coach, educator, and facilitator.

I bring together professional training, lived experience, and years of supporting people through illness, caring roles, grief, and life transitions.

But I also work with high-achievers and go-getters, people doing everything “right” who still feel disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed.

My approach is gentle, practical, and insight-based. I’ll meet you with respect, compassion, and a warm, light touch when it’s needed, because support should leave you lighter, not heavier.

Living well, whatever life brings.

Life can shift in unexpected ways. This is support for living well and learning to love the life you’re in, through change, challenge and the ordinary moments in between.

Practical and emotional support at every level, through every season.

  • A single seashell on a sandy beach near the water's edge
  • A blue coffee mug on a folded beach towel
  • A woman takes an outreached hand in hers
  • A view across a tropical hinterland to a distant mountain
  • A woman with a white shawl swings above a sandy beach near the water's edge
  • A small green plant grows between cracks in blue tiles
  • A row of people holding hands, arms raised in the air. A man, wearing a red sweatshirt, in a mobility chair sits in front of the group.

Guided by Understanding

Years of counselling, coaching, and education have shaped how I work, but what matters most is how deeply I listen. My clients know they can bring their whole selves, and they’ll be met with care, respect, and understanding.

Real Support for Real Life

No scripts, no surface talk, just grounded support that meets you where you are. Together we make sense of what’s happening and find ways to ease the emotional load, one honest conversation at a time.

Space to Feel, Think & Breathe

It’s not about staying positive all the time. It’s about creating room for everything — the sadness, the laughter, and the quiet in between. Here, you can speak freely and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Why People Feel at Home Here

Why people turn to Kimberley for support.

Because it’s not about labels or quick fixes. It’s about living well, at every level. Clients value:

  • A space that feels calm, real, and human.
  • Respectful support that honours strengths, not just struggles.
  • The mix of professional expertise and lived understanding.
  • Leaving each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Take the first step

Reaching out doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

The first step is simple: a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening for you, what you’d like for yourself, and what kind of support feels right.
