Living well, through every stage and season.
Support is offered across different life experiences, from times of stress or uncertainty to major life changes, illness, grief or personal transitions. Sessions are calm, respectful and person-centred, providing a safe and supportive space where you can pause, reflect and move forward with greater clarity.
You don’t need to have everything figured out or even know what support you need before reaching out. Many people simply know that something doesn’t feel right, or that they’d like life to feel steadier, clearer or more meaningful.

Counselling
People often reach out simply with a sense that something in life isn’t working the way it used to. You don’t need a label or clear explanation for why you’re here, just a sense that you’d like things to feel steadier, clearer and more manageable.

Personal Coaching
People often come to coaching when life may look fine on the outside, but something inside feels unsettled, stuck or unclear. You might be facing a decision, a transition or simply a sense that you want life to feel more meaningful, aligned or easeful.
Coaching offers a focused, supportive space to step back, gain perspective and move forward in a way that feels true to you.

The Slow Coach
Slow Down to Level Up program for overthinkers, overachievers and those feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life. This is not about fixing anything or adding more strategies—it's about easing out of inner pressure and rediscovering clarity, presence and a more natural way of living.

You don’t need to have everything perfectly figured out before starting. Many people come here not knowing exactly which support they need, and that’s okay! Our approach is flexible and personalised. We start with a conversation about you, your circumstances and what feels most pressing. Then we work together to shape something that fits. The work evolves as you do.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here's the answer to the questions I get asked the most.
Is this structured or more conversational?
It’s conversational, thoughtful and purposeful. There may be moments of practical tools or reflection, but the heart of the work is insight, understanding and creating space for clarity.
Can sessions evolve over time?
Yes. Life isn’t static and support shouldn’t be either. Some clients begin needing steady emotional support and later shift into future planning or personal growth. Others come for clarity and discover deeper themes to gently explore. Our work adapts as you do.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is simply a gentle starting point. We talk about what has brought you here, what feels most important right now, and what you hope might change. There’s no pressure to explain everything perfectly. You set the pace.
How do I know whether I need counselling or coaching?
You don’t need to decide that before you begin. Counselling can offer a supportive space to process grief, anxiety, illness or life transitions. Coaching may feel more forward-focused and exploratory. Often our work naturally blends both. We begin with a conversation and shape the support around you.
What can I expect in a session?
A calm, respectful conversation focused on what matters to you right now, with practical strategies to help you move forward.
Is this counselling or coaching?
It can be either, or a blend. We start by understanding what you’re seeking, then tailor our sessions to suit your needs.
How often do we meet?
Many people find fortnightly sessions are the most effective. During times of increased stress, we may meet more regularly. As things settle, sessions can be spaced further apart. We can decide together what feels supportive and sustainable.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, however I allow up to 90 minutes. Insight and meaningful conversation don’t always happen neatly on schedule, so I prefer to create space for what wants to unfold.
Can I use NDIS funding?
Yes, if you are plan-managed or NDIS-managed, you may be able to access counselling support through your NDIS plan. I’m happy to discuss this with you or your support coordinator.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes. Sessions are available via phone or secure video. Some clients prefer to be on camera, whilst others prefer voice only. We can work in whatever way feels most comfortable and accessible for you and change it each session, depending on how you’re feeling on the day.
Do you work online?
Yes. Online sessions are available and popular for their convenience and comfort.
What if I’m not sure what to talk about?
That’s completely okay. Sometimes clarity comes through conversation. You don’t need a perfectly-formed agenda, just a willingness to begin.
What if my situation doesn’t fit neatly into one category?
It doesn’t have to. Life rarely fits neatly into boxes. Support here is persoanlised and flexible. We focus on what matters to you, not on forcing your experience into a predefined service.
I’m supporting someone with illness, dementia or disability. Is this space for me?
Yes. Carers often carry an enormous emotional load while trying to stay strong for others. This can be a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don’t need a diagnosis, referral or formal label to begin. Many people simply feel overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain or quietly exhausted. That’s enough. Support is based on your lived experience, not on a label.
Is this traditional therapy?
My work is grounded in counselling training and professional standards, while also being informed by a deeper understanding of how thought and awareness shape our experience. It’s practical, compassionate and human, not rigid, clinical or technique-heavy.
